3. Review the drawings and make suggestions on the integrity, manufacturability, standardization and structural optimization of the drawings.

[Job Requirements]]

1. Major in mechanical design, bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of mechanical design experience, experience in coating line, electroplating line, cleaning machine design is preferred.

2. Proficient in using CAD and Solidworks drawing software for 2D and 3D design.

3. At least 3 years of overall design experience in independent design of non-standard automation equipment, such as mainstream suspension conveyor line, roller conveyor line, robot handling and other overall design experience.

4. Proficient in the application of various motion mechanisms and transmission structure accessories, such as: robots, ordinary motors, servo motors, screw rods, linear guides, timing belts, gear racks, etc.

5. Proficient in the application of various pneumatic accessories, such as ordinary cylinder, rotating cylinder, clamping jaw, solenoid valve, etc.

6. Proficient in the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials.

7, understand the mechanical processing, sheet metal processing, surface treatment, heat treatment process.

8, have good communication skills and team cooperation ability, can be independently responsible for project management, after the signing of the contract from the project to the project acceptance of the whole process management.

9, can adapt to short-term travel.
