1992
11 employees of the eleven departments of the machinery department sponsored the establishment of the Xi'an surface technology development engineering company,under the leadership of Ruan Jianlin and Mr.Luo Zhaoda.
1994

In March, the company's manufacturing and processing base was relocated from the experimental building of the design institute to the Sanqiao Lingao Industrial Park. The factory covers an area of more than 30 acres, providing a basic guarantee for the company's rapid development.
