For the dust removal project of 3 sets of 340t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers,one electric field+two bag fields are adopted for the dust collectors.
The dust concentration at the inlet is≤70g/nm3,and the discharge concentration at the outlet is≤20mg/nm3.

Technical points
The electrostatic bag composite precipitator organically combines the characteristics of electrostatic dust removal and bag type dust removal,and achieves the purpose of high-efficiency dust removal through the pre collection,charging effect of the front stage electric field and the filtration of the rear stage filter bag area.It gives full play to the respective dust removal advantages of the electrostatic precipitator and bag type dust collector,and the combination of the two produces new performance advantages,making up for the dust removal shortcomings of the electrostatic precipitator and bag type dust collector.The composite dust collector has the advantages of high efficiency,stability,low bag resistance,long service life and small floor area.It is the main technical means to control the coordinated treatment of fine particle dust,PM2.5 and heavy metal mercury in the future.
