1、Project overview and treatment scale
A new sewage treatment station will be built for the project,which is a general contracting project,with a design scale of 20m3/h and 24h operation throughout the day.
2、Raw water type and quality
Waste water source:catalyst production waste water,test device waste water,plant domestic sewage and ground flushing waste water,circulating water drainage and hydrochloric acid waste water.
Catalyst production wastewater includes washing wastewater and triethylamine waste gas absorption liquid wastewater.Water quality:ph7.5-8.6,cod8000-12000mg/l.
Firstly,the catalyst wastewater with poor biodegradability is evaporated and pretreated with a three-way evaporator,and then the condensate and sewage from different sources are comprehensively adjusted and then enter the biochemical system for treatment.
3、Requirements and uses of produced water
The effluent quality of the system must meet the class I standard in the integrated wastewater discharge standard for the Yellow River Basin(Shaanxi section)(db61/224-2011)and the class I discharge standard in the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996),in which cod≤45mg/l and NH3-N≤10mg/l.The emission of odor pollutants shall meet the class II(new expansion and reconstruction)standard in the emission standard of odor pollutants(gb14554-93).
