1、Industrial furnace
The industrial furnaces of Xinyu company include box type furnace,continuous drying furnace,heat treatment furnace,etc.,which are heated by electricity or natural gas.The furnace temperature is adjustable from 70 to 650oc,with uniform temperature and reliable moisture retention.They can be widely used for workpiece heating and drying heat treatment.
1.advantages of bottom door quenching furnace:
Bottom open furnace door with good sealing performance.
Forced air circulation,good uniformity of furnace temperature.
Intermittent production,heating process curve is easy to change.
2.advantages of roller quenching furnace:
Roller bar conveying,continuous production,waste heat utilization,energy saving.Forced air circulation,good uniformity of furnace temperature.The whole process of conveying,furnace door opening and quenching is automatically controlled,and the product quality is reliable.
2、Circulating cooling water treatment system
The circulating cooling water treatment system is a set of cooling system to cool the high-temperature furnace,high-temperature welding equipment,high-temperature workpiece and mechanical equipment after heating.The cooling circulating water treatment system includes open cooling system and closed cooling system:the open cooling system is mainly used in places with low water quality requirements,and the water quality is tap water;The closed cooling system is mainly used in places with high water quality requirements,and the water quality is pure water.
Technical features:
1.The circulating cooling water treatment system can reuse the cooling water,greatly saving the water cost;
2.It does not pollute the surrounding environment and reduces the thermal pollution.
