The EPC project of boiler flue gas desulfurization and ultra-low emission transformation of Shaanxi black cat Coking Co.,Ltd.undertaken by our company adopts the ammonia ammonium sulfate flue gas desulfurization process with saturated crystallization in the tower.This process not only has low initial investment cost,small floor area,but also has low cost in the subsequent long-term operation process.The smooth operation of the project has not only realized ultra-low emission and solved the environmental protection pressure of the enterprise,but also produced ammonium sulfate fertilizer as a by-product,bringing certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
Project Description:the project is an ultra-low emission project.There are two sets of absorption systems designed for mutual standby and one set of post-treatment system.The original design parameters of a single set of absorption system are as follows:
Flue gas volume:300000nm3/h
Flue gas temperature:90-120℃
Dust content:≤30mg/nm3
SO2 content in flue gas:2000mg/nm3
Outlet emission index:
Dust content:≤5mg/nm3
SO2 content in flue gas:35mg/nm3
