Abstract:Shaanxi Longmen Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.has four coke oven chimneys.Our company has undertaken the EPC project of ammonia ammonium sulfate flue gas desulfurization for flue gas of three of them.The desulfurization adopts the saturated crystallization process in the tower,combined with the tray and high-efficiency demisting device,which not only meets the latest emission requirements of the coking industry,solves the environmental pressure for the owner,but also saves the owner's investment on the basis of the production of ammonium sulfate fertilizer.
Project introduction:
The coke oven flue gas ammonia desulfurization project of Shaanxi Longmen Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.includes three desulfurization towers.Single set of design flue gas parameters are as follows:
Flue gas volume:260000nm3/h
Flue gas temperature:150-160℃
Sulfur dioxide content in flue gas:300mg/nm3
Dust content in flue gas:30mg/nm3
Outlet design parameters:
Outlet sulfur dioxide:30mg/nm3
Outlet dust:10mg/nm3
